Suzuki launches new S-Cross in Australia

Suzuki Australia have taken the covers off their new flagship model, with the launch of the latest version of the S-Cross SUV. Having undergone a bold redesign, it features all-wheel drive, and the latest safety and communications technology.

Running on the iconic Suzuki 1.4-litre BOOSTERJET direct injection turbo engine, coupled with the ALLGRIP SELECT 4X4 system as standard, the new S-Cross promises to deliver power and fuel efficiency. That’s paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission.

At first glance – you see a bold, more aggressive look, with the changes continuing inside, where there’s ample space and comfort, coupled with a modern and ergonomic design, aimed at making the driving experience most enjoyable.

Add to that an abundance of high-tech features such as a 7.0-inch or 9.0-inch infotainment system (variant dependent) with smartphone connectivity, Android Auto, wireless Apple CarPlay, satellite navigation and a 360-view camera.

Safety tech features heavily too, with the new Suzuki Safety Support setup providing AEB, lane departure warning and prevention, weaving alert, blind spot monitoring and rear cross traffic alert.

Available in two specifications, ALLGRIP and ALLGRIP Prestige, the former rides on 17-inch alloys, and comes with front fog lights, automatic LED headlights and keyless entry and start, among the other features already highlighted.

The Prestige model adds a panoramic sunroof, different alloys, and leather accented seats. It’s available in colours, including Cool White Pearl, Energetic Red Metallic, Silky Silver Metallic, Cosmic Black Metallic, Titan Dark Grey Metallic and Sphere Blue Metallic.

It’s priced at $40,990 for the S-Cross ALLGRIP and $44,490 for the Prestige. Both prices are plus on-roads. If you’re keen on one, and need finance, visit CreditOne.
