Subaru unveils BRZ tS Kiiro limited edition for 2026

Subaru has taken the covers off a BRZ tS Kiiro Limited Edition, a striking new expression of affordable sports car’s performance-focused DNA. Produced in limited numbers globally, just 95 examples are allocated to Australia.

That makes the Kiiro, which is based on the flagship tS variant, one of the most exclusive BRZ editions ever offered locally. It features a suite of distinctive visual and trim enhancements, starting with the exclusive Sunrise Yellow exterior paint.

Named after the Japanese word for yellow, the Subaru BRZ tS Kiiro Limited Edition is priced at $53,590 plus on-roads and will be offered with a choice of manual or automatic transmission, ensuring accessibility for both purists and everyday drivers alike.

Key highlights including 18-inch matte black alloy wheels, Ultrasuede and leather accented seat trim in black and yellow perforation, yellow stitching on the leather steering wheel and shift boot and an interior ‘Kiiro’ badge with limited edition number.

It also scores a rear matte black ‘Kiiro’ badge and along with the rest of the 2026 BRZ range, can be ordered from your local dealership. The Subaru Australia website will reflect the new model in the coming weeks.

For those wondering, the base Coupe is $47,890, while its S sibling is $49,190 – both plus on-roads and regardless of transmission. The standard tS (the non-limited edition range topper) is $52,790 plus on-roads.

“BRZ continues to play a key role in Subaru’s performance story, defined by its engineering precision and authentic sports-car credentials,” Subaru Australia general manager Scott Lawrence said.

“The BRZ tS Kiiro builds on that foundation by expressing those qualities through distinctive visual and trim enhancements,” he added.

“With limited global production and unique design elements, the Kiiro Limited Edition offers customers the opportunity to own a truly special iteration of BRZ.”
