IF you’re looking to buy a new motorcycle helmet, Shoei may have just sweetened the deal if you’re considering one of their lids. A free dark tint visor is now included with some of their best models for the month of November.
Valued at up to $119, it aids in increasing visibility on those bright summer days, and offers protection against 99 per cent of the sun’s UV rays. The dark tint also means you’re not having to ride with sunglasses, improving your field of vision.
A tinted visor can reduce eye fatigue, allowing you to concentrate for longer, and can also help reduce the heat in your helmet, allowing you to stay cooler on bigger rides. Only available at participating dealers, the offer applies to current stock.
The offer applies to a broad variety of helmet styles, including The free tinted visor spans a range of Shoei helmets, including the race focused X-Spirit III and the state-of-the-art performance oriented NXR2.
The model which the latter draws its inspiration from, the light, compact and streamlined NXR is also included, as is the ultra-cool neo-classic Glamster. Rounding out the offerings eligible for the free dark tint visor is the Ex-Zero and J•O.
The Ex-Zero offers a classic design, based on the Shoei helmets of yesteryear, with a lightweight composite shell. The J•O is the perfect modern retro helmet, featuring an open face with a visor. It even has a rear goggle strap if that’s how you choose to ride.
