Segway Powersports and Urban Moto Imports team up for a wild ride

URBAN Moto Imports has been announced as the official Australia and New Zealand distributor of Segway Powersports brand new range of petrol and hybrid powered off-road vehicles.

Founded in the USA in 1999 by Dean Kamen, Segway is a brand held in high esteem in the technology space for its innovation, high build quality and testing methodology.

Its new range of all-terrain vehicles includes utility side-by-side and sports side-by-side variants. With thrilling and impressive power outputs of up to 250Nm of torque, and 133kW, the Segway Powersports portfolio is sure to win fans in both countries.

The range is also equipped with the very latest in technology and safety features, meeting and exceeding the current government standards for all-terrain vehicles, including mobile phone integration and SOS alerts, along with remote controlling.

Drive settings, real-time data and a smart EPS system that is designed with standard, comfort and sport modes that will adjust automatically according to traction conditions, are also included.

Media events, field days, shows and customer experience days are currently being planned and scheduled for 2021, with the company also on the hunt for dealerships to retail the exciting Segway Powersports product range.

The Segway model range will include the ATV SNARLER, SSV Villian (pictured) and the UTV FUGLEMAN. The range has been tested in Australia to ensure it meets Australian Government requirements.

UMI’s unique range of brands includes Royal Enfield, Segway Powersports, MV Agusta, Benelli, Super SOCO and Peugeot Motocycles.
