Royal Enfield has opened its order books in Australia for the new Guerrilla 450 motorcycle, with customer deliveries expected to start in October. Priced at $8,590 ride away, the bike made its world premiere in Barcelona earlier this year.
The second bike to utilise the company’s 452cc liquid-cooled Sherpa powerplant that can also be found in the Himalayan 450, the new model is available in two variants, Dash and Flash, with three colour options.
The Dash comes in Playa Black, with a TFT display, while the Flash can be had in Yellow Ribbon and Brava Blue, and is fully spec’d. With a design that’s meant to remind us what roadsters should be like, it’s intuitive and eager to play throughout its wide power band.
Precisely engineered to be raw, responsive and for a visceral riding experience, the Guerrilla 450 is packed with character. It marks a significant evolution in the long and storied legacy of strong roadsters from Royal Enfield.
The engine is tuned for exciting performance, while a steel twin-spar tubular frame, and a rider friendly riding stance that allows upright posture or a slightly sporty lean-in, makes the Guerrilla 450 an instant classic.

Its ergonomics lend it unparalleled versatility and responsiveness, whether you’re tucked-in, leaning forward, in a full-gas sprint over twisty routes, or tackling rough city streets and traffic snarls.
The same can be said for a lazy Sunday morning ride, or a weekend haul over long distances. As a special offer, the first five customers to place a refundable deposit of $500, will not only be the recipient of one of the first bikes to land here.
Instead, you’ll also get the chance to attend the bike’s official launch in Australia. To find out more, visit the Royal Enfield website, or contact your local dealer.
