The new Renault Captur R.S. Line has arrived, channelling the brand’s strong sporting heritage and rounding out the car maker’s premium light SUV offerings. The new variant will sit at the top of the range.
The Captur R.S. Line adds a suite of sporty design elements including 18-inch exclusive diamond-cut alloys, a specific front bumper design with an F1-inspired aero blade, dual chrome exhaust tips, and gun metal grey trim.
Front and rear skid plates and R.S. Line badging complete the look. Inside, Renault’s racing heritage is acknowledged again with chrome ‘R.S. Line’ door sills, carbon-look interior trim, alloy sport pedals, red and grey contrast stitching and R.S. badging.
Additional specification to distinguish the R.S. Line over and above Intens includes a fully digital 10.25-inch instrument cluster, a frameless auto-dimming rear-view mirror, easy park assist hands-free parking system, and automatic high/low beam headlights.
Across the Captur Zen and Intens models, adaptive cruise control with stop and go now also becomes standard.
All Capturs have a 5-star ANCAP safety rating and come with Renault’s 5-year Easy Life Ownership package, which includes a 5-year unlimited kilometre warranty, 5 capped price services, and 5-years of service-activated roadside assistance.
All variants are powered by a 1.3-litre petrol engine, with an EDC automatic transmission. The range kicks off with the Life, priced from $30,090 – ahead of the Zen and Intens at $32,090 and $37,090 respectively.
The R.S. Line is $39,590 and all prices listed here are plus on-roads. To find out more, contact your local Renault dealer.
