Premcar hits the go button on Nissan Patrol Warrior

Australian production of Premcar’s Nissan Patrol Warrior has officially commenced, with the first examples due in showrooms next month. The move follows completion of its final local tuning and manufacturing readiness programs (see video above).

The developed-for-Australia Nissan Patrol Warrior is being built at a new vehicle manufacturing facility in Epping, outside Melbourne. Premcar established the new production centre to specifically accommodate its Nissan programs.

The new space has also been designed to meet demand for the Nissan Navara PRO-4X Warrior and SL Warrior dual-cab 4×4 models. Its establishment has involved significant investments in personnel, manufacturing tooling and production technologies.

“It was a proud moment watching the first Nissan Patrol Warrior by Premcar models progress along our new assembly line,” Premcar engineering director Bernie Quinn said.

“To create this amazing off-road SUV, the Premcar team has broadened the award-winning Nissan Patrol’s already impressive abilities across a range of road surfaces, from smooth tarmac to rough terrain and everything in between.”

The new Nissan Patrol Warrior by Premcar has been engineered, tested and tuned for Australia’s extensive range of unique driving environments. To find out more, contact your local Nissan dealer. If you’re keen on one and need finance, talk to CreditOne.
