Online pre-orders have officially opened for Suzuki’s 40th anniversary GSX-R1000R, marking four decades of performance and racing heritage. Priced from $30,990 ride away, bikes will start landing in August 2026.
Following its global unveiling, customers can now secure their motorcycle through Suzuki’s “Build and Order” platform. The process allows buyers to reserve their machine, nominate their preferred Suzuki dealer, and secure priority allocation with a $1,000 (minimum) deposit.
The Australian-delivered 40th Anniversary GSX-R1000R will come fitted with aerodynamic carbon winglets and a colour-matched seat cowl, enhancing both its race-inspired styling and track-ready presence.
To further celebrate the milestone, the first 40 confirmed online pre-order customers will receive an exclusive “Collectors Garage Pack” comprising of a 40th anniversary garage mat, indoor bike cover, and a stand (with bobbins) – with their motorcycle delivery.
Dealer allocations will be determined in order of registration. The 40th Anniversary GSX-R1000R will be available in three heritage-inspired colour schemes, including Pearl Vigor Blue/Pearl Tech White and Candy Daring Red/Pearl Tech White.
