New Edition R adds performance appeal to GLC 43 4MATIC

A significant addition to the popular model range, the new Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Edition R SUV and Coupé build on the reputation for combining performance and practicality, adding eye-catching new details and features.

It starts with AMG’s Dynamic Plus package, adding better engine mounts, a selectable ‘Race’ driving program to the existing ‘Sport’ and ‘Sport+’ options and 21-inch Y-spoke light-alloy wheels that are aerodynamically optimised and painted in matte black.

These hide distinctive red brake callipers. The result is vehicles that deliver the softest possible suspension for optimal comfort and a firmer ride for improved driving dynamics. The value of Race mode is obvious, providing significantly improved responsiveness.

A Burmester 3D surround sound system and AMG real performance sound are included. The additional performance bits build on a rich list that includes heated seats with memory function and two-zone climate control.
