Eight time MotoGP world champion Marc Márquez has listed his team’s motorhome on Airbnb during the Catalan Grand Prix. The man himself is even the host, offering motor racing fans ‘pole position’ in the paddock area of the legendary event.
Recognised as one of the world’s most talented motorcycle racers, Márquez is revved up and ready to add Airbnb host to his repertoire, with potential renters getting the chance to be part of the action, and witness all the pre-race hype with their own eyes.
“The motorhome space during a Grand Prix is exclusively reserved for riders and their teams. Guests will live a once-in-a-lifetime experience, not available to anyone else,” Márquez said.
“This is the most exciting motorsport championship in the world and hosting in my home city really raises the stakes for me. This is a rare peek behind the scenes at the world of professional racing.”
Márquez will host a one-night stay for up to two people in his team’s motorhome on 2 September 2023. The space is available for just 93 Euro per night ($152 AUD), a nod to Márquez’s racing number.

The package includes a night in the Márquez team’s motorhome, located next to Márquez’s private trailer, in a trackside area that is only accessible to riders. You’ll also get the chance to look at memorabilia, helmets, race suits and a selection of championship trophies.
You’ll also score the perfect VIP village seats to view the race, pit lane access to witness the start, entry to the circuit, access to exclusive amenities and services, and the chance to use the MotoGP simulator.
To top it all off, there’s a personal guided tour of the paddock area, including the pit boxes. To book, motorheads can sign up for this stay from 3am AEST on 20 July 2023 via a special link: airbnb.com/motogp.
Guests are responsible for their own travel to and from Montmeló, just outside of Barcelona (Spain).
