Honda confirms ZR-V pricing, extra allocation of Civic Type R

When it arrives in Australia in the coming weeks, the new Honda ZR-V SUV will be available in four variants, including an e:HEV LX, VTi LX, VTi L and VTi X. Sitting between the HR-V and CR-V, there will be a choice of five colours.

These include Premium Crystal Garnet, Platinum Grey, Premium Crystal Blue, Platinum White, and Crystal Black, with the VTi X variant not offered in Premium Crystal Blue and Crystal Black.

The Honda ZR-V model signals a shift in the Australian SUV market, as Honda brings sporty driveability, elevated and contemporary design together with intuitive technology in a medium-SUV vehicle

The petrol variants (VTi LX, VTi L & VTi X) feature a 1.5-litre VTEC turbocharged engine and the e:HEV LX sports a 2-motor hybrid system with a 2.0-litre direct injection engine. Both systems deliver an impressive driving experience.

In terms of pricing, the e:HEV LX will hit the road at $54,900, with the VTi LX at $48,500, the VTi L at $43,200 and the VTi X at $40,200. All prices are drive away. Orders are open for the new model too. If you’re keen on one and need finance, talk to CreditOne.

Honda has also secured an additional 500 Civic Type R examples, and in doing so, reduced wait times for Australian customers. This means estimated arrival times have been reduced by up to nine months, with the latest orders scheduled for February 2024 arrival.
