Orders have opened ahead of the arrival of the 2025 GMC Yukon Denali down under, in Q2 2025. The latest addition to the General Motors Specialty Vehicles (GMSV) range, the luxury SUV will be priced at $169,990 plus on-roads.
Classified as an upper-large SUV, but operating in a league entirely of its own, the GMC Yukon Denali will arrive in a single, well-equipped trim level and will be exclusively powered by a potent 6.2-litre V8 petrol engine.
Featuring dynamic fuel management (direct injection, cylinder deactivation and continuously variable valve timing) and paired with a smooth-shifting 10-speed automatic transmission, it delivers 313kW of power and 624Nm of torque.
The 8-seat Yukon Denali is equipped with an active response 4WD system with electronic limited-slip differential and a two-speed transfer case, giving it 2WD Hi, 4WD Hi and 4WD Low. It comes with a braked towing capacity of 3500kg.
On the outside, you’ll find 24-inch machined and painted Pearl Nickel wheels, a bold grille, lashings of chrome and its full LED lighting signature, including headlights, taillights, DRLs and fog lamps.
Stretching 5338mm in length, 2058mm in width, 1941mm in height, and with a 3071mm wheelbase, the GMC Yukon Denali’s generous proportions foretell the space and comfort on offer in the cabin.
With true comfort in all three rows, and a maximum cargo volume of 3480-litres, the GMC Yukon Denali comes with exclusive unique fractal stitching on the seats, which are heated and ventilated for the driver and front passenger (heated in second row).

A panoramic power sunroof with sunshade, and an innovative pivoting wood door for the cup-holder console feature. There are more than 42-inches of high-quality screens too, delivering infotainment and driver information where you need it, when you need it.
Taking pride of place in the centre console is a 16.8-inch touchscreen, with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, paired with a Bose 14-speaker surround with CenterPoint audio system.
For the driver, an 11-inch digital driver information centre provides all driving and vehicle data, while a 15-inch multi-colour head-up display ensures their eyes never have to stray from the road ahead.
Completing this technological tour de force is the rear-seat entertainment system, with dual 12.6-inch diagonal colour-touch LCD HD rear screens for second-row passengers. Safety tech is plentiful too.
You’ll find lane change assist with side blind alert, lane keep and lane departure warning, rear cross traffic alert, rear pedestrian alert, electronic stability and traction control, teen driver alert, trailer blind zone alert and trailer sway control too.
