Ducati Unica opens up world of custom options

DUCATI has unveiled a world of possibilities with the launch of its Unica program, allowing owners to design and build their own unique and exclusive motorcycle through direct collaboration with technicians and engineers.

Ducati owners who join the program will be able to enter the Ducati Centro Stile atelier in person, describe their desires to the designers and follow, during periodic visits, the progress of their motorcycles.

With the support of the professionals of the Unica team, the customisation process will be outlined, defining every detail including materials, finishes, special colours and Ducati Performance accessories.

It’s all done in compliance with the stylistic criteria that identify a real Ducati, with owners having having involvement from the first sketches to the delivery ceremony.

“Design is a distinctive element of our creations,” Centro Stile Ducati director Andrea Ferraresi said.

“We wanted to give Ducatisti [owners] the chance to identify themselves even more with their own bike, making it a direct expression of each person’s individual style,” he added.

“Therefore, we created Ducati Unica, an exclusive program that testifies to the excellence of Made in Italy, of which Ducati is a representative in the world. The moment in which Ducatisti finally see their bike is very exciting for us at the Centro Stile and a source of great pride.”

Each Ducati Unica bike is delivered to its owner accompanied by a certificate of uniqueness, which attests its originality and ensures its non-replicability. An extremely limited program, due to the obsessive attention to detail required, each build will be considered individually.

Only those in line with the values of the brand will be accepted. If you’re keen though, Ducati dealers will play a key role, and can provide the information necessary to participate in the worldwide program, open to the full Ducati and Scrambler ranges.
