Ducati launches limited edition Monster to celebrate 30 years

Five hundred special edition Ducati 30-degrees Anniversario Monster bikes will be released to celebrate three decades of the iconic model. It’s a tribute to the motorcycle that revolutionised the world of two wheeled sportiness.

With an engine that’s perfect for road use, and a chassis derived from a superbike, the Monster features wide handlebars and no fairing. An idea as simple as it is effective, it’s a hallmark of the naked motorcycle segment.

This special version also maintains the iconic features of the Monster, with unmistakable style thanks to a tricolour 30th Anniversary livery that’s more than a nod to its Italian heritage, embellished by gold coloured rims, and an Öhlins NIX30 fork.

Standard equipment includes ABS cornering, traction and wheelie control, launch control, and Sport, Road and Wet riding modes. Everything is easily managed through the handlebar controls and the 4.3-inch colour TFT dashboard.

An adjustable Öhlins steering damper, enhanced braking system and Termignoni silencer also feature. Other distinctive elements include a seat with an embroidered 30-year logo and a dedicated dashboard animation when the ignition is switched on.

The 2024 Ducati 30-degrees Anniversario Monster limited edition is powered by a 937cc Testatretta V2 engine featuring 4 valves per cylinder and a desmodromic valvetrain. The liquid cooled powerplant produces 82kW of power and 93Nm of torque.

Each motorcycle is made unique by a plate on the upper clamp that features the model name and copy number, while purchasers also receive a certificate of authenticity and dedicated motorcycle cover. It’s expected to be priced at $29,100 ride away.
