Citroën C5 Aircross Sport adds flair to local range

The facelifted Citroën C5 Aircross arrives in Australian showrooms this month, in a single, highly specified Sport variant. Priced at $54,990 plus on-roads, it features an upgraded engine and transmission combination alongside new technology and safety gear.

The C5 Aircross Sport is powered by a 133kW/250Nm 1.6-litre turbo petrol PureTech engine paired with an 8-speed efficient automatic transmission. Fuel consumption is a claimed 5.7-litres/100km.

In addition to the significant design upgrades, the new model also features an upgraded 10.0-inch touchscreen. There’s also enhanced safety features, new exterior colour options, and a distinctive interior trim.

Electronically adjustable, heated front row seats with driver’s massage function, a sunroof and external black accent features also feature, along with a three-dimensional light signature at the rear, and new 19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.

A new look centre console reinforces the new design, with Citroën’s advanced comfort suspension also on board. Driver assistance technologies such as highway assist also feature.

Inside the 2023 Citroën C5 Aircross Sport

Offered with a 5-year unlimited kilometre warranty, 5-years roadside assistance, and a 5-year service price promise program, the 2023 Citroen C5 Aircross Sport has a 53-litre fuel tank, and 580-litres of boot space. With the rear seats down, that grows to 1,630-litres.
