CFMOTO introduces new flagship 800MT Explore

Building on the success of the 800MT adventure bike, CFMOTO has expanded the range to add the Explore. Priced from $16,490 ride away, it’s an evolution of the Touring model and features a range of technical updates.

Designed to maximise long-distance comfort, it features an advanced traction control system, rear radar technology, an 8.0-inch multimedia display, several new ride modes, switchable ABS front and rear, and new Michelin tyres.

The new touchscreen features Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth connectivity, voice control and navigation. 800MT Explore riders can also choose between six modes, including Sport, Off Road, Off Road+, All Terrain, All Terrain+ and Rain.

CFMOTO’s advanced T-Box system enables smartphone connectivity, while their RIDE app allows for the recording of track lap times, ride history and statistics, remote vehicle status (including fuel levels), and the ability to conduct over-the-air software updates.

New security features, including movement sensors, vehicle location and even the ability to set up a virtual electric fence to alert you of theft are also also included. The 800MT Explore also features heated seat and heated grips, with three levels of warmth.

Cruise control assists with reducing rider fatigue, improves touring comfort and is also easily set and adjusted via buttons on the left switch block. Convenient USB ports and a 12v socket are included for charging devices, including smartphones.

There’s a choice between two new contemporary liveries – Gem Black or Starry White, with the new model backed by a 3-year warranty. For further information or to arrange a test ride, contact your local CFMOTO dealer.
