The 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander is set for an array of updates, including a local steering and suspension tune. A number of exterior and interior changes will also bring added sophistication.
A new 12.3-inch infotainment system features dynamic sound from Yamaha, as well as wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The range topping Exceed Tourer scores a further enhanced audio package.
Due in dealerships in Q3 of this year, the range will be available in five or 5+2 seating, front or all-wheel drive, with efficient petrol and PHEV engine options. New alloy wheel designs add a refreshed look.
The 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander range caters to a wide range of use cases, commencing with the familiar ES grade. LS and Aspire models offer a fine balance of style and sophistication. High grade Exceed and Exceed Tourer models sit atop the range.
“Since its 2021 Australian market launch, the Mitsubishi Outlander has resonated with Australian customers,” Mitsubishi Motors GM of product strategy Bruce Hampel said.
“As a core market for Mitsubishi Motors globally, Australian feedback played a significant role in further improving the updated Outlander’s steering, ride and handling, tuning it to further suit Australian conditions and buyer requirements with a new tyre specification.”
Pricing and specification details will be confirmed closer to the launch date. The full 2024 range remains available. The Mitsubishi Outlander is covered for 10-years or 200,000km, with 10 years of capped price servicing also included.
As it stands, the sportier “black pack” GSR trim level appears to have been dropped by the Japanese car maker.
