2022 Subaru Outback range adds Premium special edition

Subaru’s 2022 Outback range is set to be in showrooms across Australia in Q1 next year and with it comes an Outback AWD Premium special edition, providing an additional option for customers.

The new variant will be packed with all the traditional Outback features customers love, plus some high-end treats including front and rear outboard heated seats, Nappa leather accented trim and a hands-free powered tailgate.

The range-topping Outback AWD Touring, will also feature a few special extras intended for additional comfort, including driver and front passenger ventilated seats and a manually adjustable thigh support extender for the driver’s seat.

“We are delighted to offer additional choice to our customers within the 2022 Subaru Outback range, with our Outback AWD Premium special edition, which offers additional features that further enhance driver comfort,” Subaru Australia general manager Blair Read said.

“With additional spec and the special edition arriving for 2022, we are confident Outback will continue to meet the needs of Subaru buyers.”

For the first time too, the entire 2022 model range will also be available in vibrant Subaru Sapphire Blue Pearl. Highlights of the updated model include a new seatback pocket design, and new look 18-inch alloys on the base AWD variant.

The 2022 Outback AWD Premium special edition is set to be priced at $44,190 plus on-roads and will also grab satellite navigation, along with the already mentioned additional features.

The colour range now includes Crystal White Pearl, Ice Silver Metallic, Autumn Green Metallic, Crimson Red Pearl, Sapphire Blue Pearl and Magnetite Grey Metallic. The Outback AWD is priced at $40,690, with the Sport at $45,190 and the Touring at $48,990.

All prices are plus on-roads. Interested customers can visit www.subaru.com.au/configure to build and purchase their 2022 Outback AWD or visit their local Subaru retailer.
